West Coast Insulation offers insulating coatings for a wide range of applications. Its acrylic-latex paint-based formula containing ceramic micro-beads makes it relatively easy to apply and provides outstanding thermal protection. This coatings has a service temperature up to 350°F, and a layer just 1/20” thick provides insulation values ranging from R 9 to R11. 

Our insulation coatings are moisture-proof and durable enough to stand up to weather conditions in outdoor applications. It’s versatile enough for a myriad of uses, including:

Though it’s commonly referred to as “thermal spray insulation,” this product can be applied in a number of ways. It is best applied using a sprayer, but it can also be applied with a roller, a brush, or by hand with proper gloves.

In certain instances, users may be eligible for utility credits, as properly applied thermal spray insulation is effective for energy conservation. Talk to your utilities provider for more information.
